"Paris Icons": A Magnificent Celebration of Paris, the City of Light

Author and GU Alumna Leslie J. Little will visit Georgetown on October 20th for a presentation and book signing her new book "Paris Icons." This award winning coffee table book combines timeless Parisian photographs with the insights of poets, composers, and writers who have chronicled the history of Paris throughout the centuries. "Paris Icons" was awarded one of the highest national honors of distinction by the Independent Publishers Association when it received the Gold Medal for Most Outstanding Book Design—2009. The book also received a second IPPY Medal for the Best Coffee Table Book of the Year—2009.

Chester Gillis, Dean of Georgetown College, invites faculty, staff, and students to attend the presentation and singing on October 20th from 4:30 P.M.-6:00 P.M. in the Riggs Library on the Georgetown campus. A reception will follow.
