Student Profiles
The Georgetown College student body is a unique and diverse group.
The students of the College represent more than 60 different countries and hail from all 50 states, the District of Columbia, Guam, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
The students of Georgetown College, however, are much more than demographics. They are much more than numbers and places. Take the time to get to know the students of Georgetown College in the profiles below.

- Scott Garosshen (C’12) - While studying in Seville, classics and government major starred in the classroom and sparred against cultural skepticism.

- Khadijah Brydson (C’14) - Government and sociology major creates a nonprofit organization to steer children away from gangs in her hometown in Jamaica.
- Wardah Athar (C’13) - Neurobiology major will speak at New Student Convocation.
- Nafees Ahmed (C’12) - Government major learned to adapt after the Egyptian revolution changed her study abroad plans.
