- A reminder to check your Degree Audit (reflecting Spring 2008 courses) through StudentAccess+ as you adjust your schedule of classes

Degree Audits produced for May 2008 candidates
- Degree Audits are printed following the end of Add/Drop for Spring 2008. Letters are mailed only to seniors whose Degree Audit does not clear. These students are directed to report to the Dean's Office immediately to review their status and address any problems in meeting degree requirements.
February 2008
Senior Parents Weekend (February 8-10, 2008)
- Seniors will be able to pick up their caps & gowns and commencement invitations. Students will also have the opportunity to complete the senior survey and meet with representatives from the offices of Student Accounts, Student Financial Services, Registrar, MBNA Career Center and Alumni Association, among others.

Graduation list posted; notice by email
- The Dean's Office posts a tentative graduation list on bulletin boards and on the Georgetown College web site. Seniors should check the spelling of their names, degree and high school information for accuracy and report any correction(s) to the Dean's Office.
Early March 2008

Solicitation of nominations:
- Edward B. Bunn, S.J., Award (chosen by the College Senior Class, this award goes to an outstanding member of the Georgetown College faculty)
- Lambert H. Spronck Medal (chosen by the College Senior Class, this award goes to an outstanding member of the College Senior Class)
- Dean McAuliffe sends a separate letter to the parents of seniors about Commencement Weekend, enclosing a list of events they may wish to attend

- Solicitation of information about post-graduation plans for the Tropaia and awards ceremony booklets

Dean's Office Final Senior Mailing
By email, each Senior will be instructed to come to the Dean's Office, 108 White-Gravenor, to pick up this final mailing packet. Each Senior will be required to show ID and sign upon receipt.
