Becoming a Baker
Applications are accepted from liberal arts majors in the spring semester of their sophomore year who are interested in exploring business and who will take full advantage of the valuable benefits the Program provides.
The only requirement to apply to the Baker Scholars is to be a sophomore in the College. The Baker Scholars Program is looking for students who have demonstrated interest in business, as well as a strong academic record and a dedication to community service; business course work is not required, nor is formal business experience.
Students who study abroad for one semester in the junior year are eligible to apply. Students who plan to study abroad for their entire junior year will not be eligible for the program.
