Q: I am requesting two courses with only 10 minutes between them. Is that enough time? How long does it take to get from one class to another?
A: In most cases, 10 minutes is plenty of time to get from one classroom/building to another. This campus map might be helpful, but it’s probably an even better idea to ask your peer advisor if you are worried about getting between classes. Remember, too, that you will have an opportunity during add/drop to time/test it and find the best routes.
If you have accessibility concerns that might make getting between classes more challenging, we recommend that you discuss these issues in advance with the Academic Resource Center. A map identifying accessible routes can be found here, but it is best to discuss these concerns with (and learn about the various forms of support offered by) the Academic Resource Center.
